All items are handmade or sourced by Alison Lush Jewellery Design based in London

Some of the jewellery is handmade to order. If the item is in stock it will be despatched within 2-3 working days.  For larger orders please allow 7-10 working days for delivery.  If you wish to check availability before ordering then please email Alison at alisonlush@btinternet.com.

The handmade items are made using the finest quality semi-precious gemstones and sterling silver.

Due to the nature of each piece being individually handmade, some items may differ from the images shown, especially where gemstones are used. Since the stones are of a natural material the shape and colour of the stone may differ slightly to those shown on the website.

How to Pay

Payment is made through Paypal by credit/debit card.

Postage and packaging Goods will be delivered within the UK by Royal Mail at at reduced rate Special Delivery of £4.00.  No additional cost for additional items.  

All items are gift boxed.

Return/Refund Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in their original, unworn condition within 7 days of receipt.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us.

When returning items, for your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

We cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit.

For the safety of our customers, we do not accept returns of earrings unless faulty.

Repairs

Repairs will be carried out free of charge on items which have a manufacturing fault within six months of purchase. All items returned as faulty will be inspected and any damages deemed to be subject to wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty but will be repaired at cost plus postage.
